• All data is encrypted at rest (on disk) using AES-256 encryption
• All data is encrypted in transit (on wire) using TLS/HTTPS
• Tasks and agent data are stored in AWS S3 with server-side encryption
• OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
• We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Your data is not shared with or sold to any other company
• We use Google Gemini (a Large Language Model) to process emails and tasks to provide AI-powered features
• When processing emails and tasks, content is sent to Google Gemini for analysis to extract task information and generate suggestions
• No persistent storage of your data occurs on third-party LLM services

5. Email Access

When you grant Gmail or Microsoft email access:

• We only read unread messages to create tasks
• We use read-only access permissions for email
• You can revoke access at any time through Google or Microsoft account settings
• Email content is processed to extract task information only

6. Calendar Access

When you grant Google Calendar access:

• We create calendar events on your behalf for bookings and meetings
• We read your calendar to check availability for scheduling
• Calendar events may include Google Meet links when requested
• You can revoke access at any time through Google account settings

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and export your tasks and agent data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Revoke email and calendar access permissions at any time
