1. About ELF 007

ELF 007 is operated by AzureBits LLC, a company registered in the State of Washington, United States of America.

2. Description of Service

ELF 007 provides an AI-powered task and agent management platform that allows users to:

• Create, manage, and organize tasks with priority indicators (urgent/important)
• Deploy and manage AI agents for task automation and scheduling
• Sync emails from Gmail accounts to automatically create tasks
• Integrate with Google Calendar to view events and create meetings with Google Meet links
• Send reminder and follow-up emails via SendGrid
• Use AI-powered analysis via Google Gemini to process emails and generate task recommendations

3. User Accounts

To use ELF 007, you must:

• Authenticate using a valid Google account via OAuth 2.0
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, malicious, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Abuse AI features or attempt to circumvent rate limits

5. Email Integration and Permissions

When you grant email access permissions:

• You authorize ELF 007 to access your Gmail in read-only mode
• You understand that unread emails will be processed by Google Gemini AI to create tasks
• Email content is analyzed to extract sender, subject, urgency, and actionable items
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's policies

6. Calendar Integration

When you grant calendar access permissions:

• ELF 007 can read your Google Calendar events to display your schedule
• ELF 007 can create new calendar events on your behalf when you request meetings
• New calendar events may include Google Meet video conferencing links
• You can revoke calendar permissions at any time through your Google Account settings

7. Data Storage and Security

Regarding your data security:

• All user data is stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption on AWS S3
• All data transmissions use TLS/HTTPS encryption
• You retain ownership of all content you create or upload
• You grant ELF 007 a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

8. AI Processing and Google Gemini

When using AI-powered features:

• Email content and task data may be sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis
• AI processing is used to summarize emails, extract action items, and generate task recommendations
• AI agents operate based on algorithms that may not be perfect
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
• ELF 007 is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• You should monitor agent activities and adjust settings as needed
• By using the Service, you consent to this AI processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, ELF 007 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzureBits LLC and ELF 007 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any damages arising from AI-generated recommendations or automated actions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms
• Remove any content that violates these terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time by signing out and requesting data deletion. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be removed from our systems.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own terms:

• Google OAuth & Gmail: For authentication and email access
• Google Calendar: For calendar integration and meeting creation
• Google Gemini: For AI-powered email and task analysis
• AWS S3: For secure encrypted data storage

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
