• You grant ELF-007 a license to use your content to provide the Service

7. AI Agents and Automation

When using AI agents:

• AI agents operate based on algorithms that may not be perfect
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying agent-generated content
• ELF-007 is not liable for decisions made based on AI agent recommendations
• You should monitor agent activities and adjust settings as needed

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, ELF-007 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
